All deadlines and milestones are strategically aligned to meet the live performance dates of August 6th and 7th, 2026.

Early Bird Registration | Competition Registration opens for Early Bird Round 1 video submissions at the $75 rate. |

Global Outreach & Late Registration | Competition Registration remains open under the late entry fee ($95) until the deadline on July 12 at 11:59 PM EST. |

July 13 – July 19, 2026 |
Week 8: Round 1 Judging | Remote evaluation of Round 1 video submissions by designated jury members. |

July 20, 2026 |
Results & Round 2 Invitations | Winners in each division and subdivisions are officially announced. Digital scorecards and Certificates are delivered to all participants. Round 2 invoices and formal Kennedy Center invitations are issued to qualifiers. |

July 20 – July 31, 2026 |
Concert Programming | Round 2 advancement fees are collected and the official program for the August 6 and 7 Kennedy Center concerts is finalized. |

August 6 – August 7, 2026 |
Winners Showcase | Live evening performances at The REACH at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. (Ticketing information for the general public, family, and friends to be announced). |
